Enemies

The enemies we make define us. Very often, our enemy is a mirror reflection of ourselves. Hitler saw a lot of himself in Stalin, who he was facing in a continental battle.

It is best to have no enemies or to work around them. Make friends where you can, and seek allies in unlikely places.

But if you have enemies, get inside their minds. Generally speaking, a rare being cannot be read or simulated, but most enemies are not rare beings. There was nothing new about Hitler. His brand of cruelty has been seen and practiced by men for millennia. The only reason it was hard to read him in the beginning, as an enemy of Western democracy, was because the democrats doing the reading were soft men who had no conception of what true cruelty could mean.

The bigger the alliance, the fewer the enemies it has. NATO is a huge alliance, and the Americans are masters of making networks with everyone from the Aussies to the Saudi Arabians. Almost no one is willing to become entangled with one of the U.S. alliances as an enemy.

Enemies will hate you for what you are. Donald Trump is among the most hated men in U.S. history, yet he keeps on going. As long as he has a support base, he will feel vindicated to continue his rule and will impose punishments on his enemies in media and across the political spectrum to get revenge for their slights against him.

A strong dominator fears no criticism. What his detractors say about him don’t faze him. If you have a sufficient internal world, you are not going to be bothered by your social enemies.

In university, I attempted to start an escort service, Black Orchid. The university newspaper found out about this and did a piece on this. I considered suing them, and even went so far as to get my sister to drive me to Milton to look into getting a lawyer. My foolish actions taught me a lot. For one thing, the newspaper was entitled to write about me, reporting the truth. For another thing, why would I care if they presented me in a bad light? Only a man with a weak ego would shiver at the arrows of criticism. A great individual rises above the dust and smoke of the public battles and finds himself on the clarity of the mountain.

The goal of every fighter is to eliminate the field so that no enemies remain. Napoleon tried to do this, but was stymied by enemies popping up again and again, even after they had been ostensibly defeated. The lesson of Napoleon’s military career is that you have to keep your enemies down. The best way to do this is to incorporate them into your empire. For some bizarre reason, Napoleon never tried to create a French-led Europe. Even Hitler allowed southern France to remain independent Vichy France.

A spirit of generosity toward your enemy helps a lot. Hitler respected the English, but was not good to them. He threatened their global empire and their hegemony. He disrespected the nature of democracy, and believed in the rightness of tyranny, which destroys the happiness of freedom.

An ideal political structure is in alignment with the needs of the best of men. Freedom for the best is a requirement of all lasting structures. You make enemies by treating the natural elite with contempt, unnecessarily so. Nazism uplifted a whole bloc of undifferentiated people — the Aryans — over elites of other ethnic groups. The French elite, the Polish elite, all these elites were considered inferior to the lowest of the German ethnic members. That was a vast mistake.

The wisest course by Berlin would have been to make Germany the center of Europe and the German language the lingua franca of the continent. Rather than indulge yourself with “my ethnicity is the best!” fantasies, Hitler should have emphasized the superiority of himself in will and intelligence, and invited others comparable to him to join in his global quest.

America is a great nation at avoiding making permanent enemies. After the defeat of Germany in World War 2, there were some Americans who advocated de-industrializing Germany, stripping it of its ability to have future power. Other Americans thought little of Japan. But the wisest of Americans made Germany and Japan into valued friends, preserving U.S. hegemony over large swaths of the globe, limiting the rise of future enemies.

Future enemies. One must always have a view for the future. Little children grow up into strong men. How you treat a boy when he’s 9 will be reflected on how he treats you when you’re 69 and weaker.

Love is important in this world. Mentorship matters. Taking the time to engage in the dreams of youth, and not becoming enemies that block their way, is an essential part of the societal compact between the generations.

Benjamin Franklin was a fucking genius. There is a story about him and a jealous enemy. One man, seeing the rise of young Franklin, made it his mission to block Franklin whenever he could. The man was a goddamn retard. He had just enough brains to be a menace, but not enough brains to be flexible. He was like Hitler. Hitler too had admirable willpower and a sort of genius, but zero fucking flexibility. Donald Trump is quite smart, but holds grudges like a fucking child. These men do not have ideal minds. Franklin’s enemy was determined, crude, and immature. Franklin thought about this for a while and came up with a solution. Humbly, he asked permission to borrow a book from his enemy’s library, putting himself in the other’s debt. The man sensed that there was “equality” now and relented from his former position of opposition. Franklin had turned an enemy into a friend.

If Franklin had Hitler’s aggressiveness and cruelty and militaristic nature, he could have been the first dictator of America. Franklin himself was limited, being a good-natured man who sought to always have peace in general affairs. When he became America’s first Ambassador to France, he brought with him his love of life and his joie de vivre. He brought his compassion and humanity. But joy and humanity don’t earn one a permanent place in the halls of time.

There is an ideal mind for surviving in a world of enemies. Donald Trump has part of the picture, and Adolf Hitler has another part of the picture, and Benjamin Franklin, Founding Father, has another part. To create the ideal mind for outstripping enemies, you must take the best of each man and merge them into a super-mind.

Donald Trump’s ego is a wonderful thing. He has seduced beautiful women throughout his life, taking them to cheap pizza joints and not giving them a damn thing. He signs prenup agreements to protect his assets from rapacious bitches who would seek to steal it all in divorce court. Donald Trump understands people, particularly women. He has a great social sense. His social sense is better than that of professional politicians, those who make a living out of the great mental task of understanding and manipulating other people.

Benjamin Franklin’s innovative mind was amazing. He developed the lightning rod, bifocals, and the Franklin stove, and was active as a writer and philosopher. Franklin was a conciliator. He compromised in a way the paranoid tyrant Joseph Stalin was crippled in doing. Franklin could take the chaos of a civil war and heal all divisions. Had he been President in the 1860s, he would have found a way to defeat the South and preserve the Union without going to war. Franklin was genuinely wise, which is rarer than being a powerhouse genius.

Adolf Hitler had incredible will. He was driven to dominate, and dominate he did. Even as Germany’s power structure was falling to pieces in a failed war, he never lost his iron grip on power. Lesser men, with weaker willpower, were forced to attempt to assassinate him in sneaky ways that did not challenge him directly. It must be remembered that Hitler was homeless and poor for many years. Even when he wasn’t homeless, he was surviving on the very edge. He had nothing but his willpower and his fantasies to sustain him.

To be in a position to defeat any enemy, you must understand what Trump, Franklin, and Hitler all possessed mentally and replicate it in your own mind. That is the ultimate. Each man arrived at greatness with a limited complement of what is best in the mind. None of them was ideal on his own.

It is worth comparing these three godlike men to the lowest form of life in the universe, women and girls. A female wants to be an anchorwoman or a model. She emphasizes beauty above all else. She burns out by age 35, getting ugly much more quickly than men do. She doesn’t read deep works of writing or understand them. She kisses the ass of other women, “pussy patting” them (my term) by agreeing exorbitantly with everything they say. She has no real willpower. She has no real imagination or creativity. She copies from everybody else, particularly from popular other women. A woman cannot build anything or survive alone in the wild. A woman is a child. Women admire bad boy lovers and seek to be dominated by them. They will abuse the typical weak male unjustly and resent having to “settle” for a man who isn’t a charming bad boy who interests her.

Women form half of the human race (if you want to call them human, which is debatable) and have many defenders among men. Trump and Hitler would not have defended women. Franklin probably would have; it was one of the weaknesses of this soft-hearted man.

I bring up women because women are the antithesis of pure thought. A woman is a creature of flighty emotion. The ultimate female book is “Eat Pray Love” which says all you need to know about this kind of misshapen, twisted biological creature.

Everything that Trump, Franklin, and Hitler failed at is a woman’s failure. Trump lets his detractors get to him; he is like a woman scorned. Franklin failed to appreciate the value of cruelty and domination in life; he is like a woman unable to command anything. Hitler was a fixated thinker, startlingly one-dimensional for a genius thinker — he had a woman’s inability to see the horizons.

If you want to see a bad thinker unable to deal with enemies, go to a woman. She will show you all the ways a brain cannot function. The ideal solution in life is to create a society that forces enemies to opt in. That requires a certain kind of universal genius. Christianity, that insipid mythology, won because it took over all the mindspace of society, asphyxiating the oxygen supply of other competing thought for a thousand years as it sold indulgences to the rich and took over great swaths of European land and economy for non-productive purposes. Capitalism has created a society which prevents other possibilities from emerging. The clever laws of property ownership and intellectual property monopoly make, for example, the high tech barons the richest men in the history of the world. It gives them, through lobbyists, control over the United States Congress, which obeys them, whether run by Democrat or Republican. And yet the rich have their enemies. Jeff Bezos’s Amazon faces investigation by the American federal government. The Europeans have been zealous against Alphabet, parent company of monopolist Google. Everywhere their dominion is incomplete. These rich men, from Bill Gates to Mark Zuckerberg, have allowed enemies to proliferate against them, among them left-wingers who would like to strip their wealth from them, arguing the 1% should not have more than the 99% vast majority.

Let me repeat a sentence of mine. The ideal solution in life is to create a society that forces enemies to opt in. Communism did this with a reasonable amount of success, but it was always built against the grain of human nature. Your society should be supported by what men really want.

And what do men want?

Sex with hot young ass. Love with a woman who worships them. Power and money. Comfort and enduring stability of position in the social hierarchy. An interesting array of entertainment to keep them amused.

On the final question, men are split. Some men want tightly enforced morality (these men have come to rule in Iran) and some men want a loosening of all morality in the name of entertainment. I suggest that as long as paragraph one’s requirements and prerequisites are met, the split in paragraph two doesn’t matter nearly as much. That is, if you give a man a secure amount of power, and respectful height in a complex, multi-faceted society, among other things, he will endure a lack of ideal preferences in other areas of his life.

Up until now, society has remained so fragmented that enemies have popped up whenever restrictions are loosened. Every society in world history has been fragmented and jury-rigged. A well-designed society which comes from a genius mind will neutralize enemies before they even have a chance to form. It will make the potential enemy love it. Its very beauty and enduring brilliance will ensure that no conception of an alternative will match up to it or live up to it.

That is the way of the future and the end of enemies.
